Cabbage Soup - Recipe 1

CABBAGE SOUP

1 large can of V8 (maybe 32 oz)
1 lb. ground beef, turkey or mock meat
1 can cranberry sauce (whole berries)
1 head cabbage, cut into cubes (1-2 lbs)
½ cup sugar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon salt
1 apples, peeled, cut into cubes

brow meat, and drain
pour rmaining ingredients into a pot
add the cooked meat
cook for a little time (no time specified)
Potential to serve w/ potatoes
